Safeguarding

At our GP surgery, we take safeguarding very seriously. Safeguarding is the process of protecting individuals, especially children and vulnerable adults, from harm or abuse. We believe that everyone has the right to live their life free from harm, abuse, or neglect, and we are committed to identifying and responding to safeguarding concerns in a timely and appropriate manner.

Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility, and our healthcare professionals receive regular training to ensure that they are equipped to recognise and respond to safeguarding concerns. We work closely with other agencies, such as social services, the police, and local safeguarding boards, to ensure that we have access to the most up-to-date information and resources.

If you have any concerns about the safety and wellbeing of a child or vulnerable adult, or if you have any safeguarding concerns relating to yourself or someone else, please do not hesitate to contact us on 0151 244 4550. We are here to listen, support and take appropriate action to ensure that everyone in our care is safe and protected from harm.
