If you are currently on regular medication and would like to request a repeat prescription, please see below the many ways you can do this:

• Online – here is the link on how to sign up to Patient Access.
• At reception – you can hand in your slip with the ticked items that you require.
• By post – MacMillan Surgery, Top Floor, St. Chads Centre, St. Chads Drive, Kirkby, L32 8RE
• Telephone – please ring the surgery on 0151 244 4550, Monday to Friday from 10:30am onwards.

Electronic prescription is now available, please nominate a pharmacy because once our clinician has issued your prescription it will go directly to your nominated pharmacy.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Once you have requested your repeat prescription, it will take 2 working days before going to your nominated pharmacy.


Prescription charges

The NHS prescription charge is reviewed annually with changes usually made in April. The current prescription charge is £9.35 per item.
