Please let us know as soon as possible if you change your address, telephone number, email address or name. It is important that we have up to date contact details in case we need to contact you.

If you are changing your name by Deed Poll or Marriage, we would need a copy of the legal document.

If you request change of your personal details via email, please include your full name, date of birth and current address.
