NHS England have today released guidelines designed to support practices through the implementation of You and Your General Practice (YYGP), which was introduced and agreed as part of the 2025/26 GP contract.  NHS England » You and your general practice – this weblink contains Practice Guidelines and the actual YYGP link that needs to be shared by practices . GP practices are required to have shared the link to the YYGP document on their practice website home page no later than 1 October 2025. YYGP is also available in different languages on the NHS England website.
